New LEGO Sets Drop: X-Files, E.T., Donkey Kong, and More Arrive!

The first of the month has arrived, and with it, a fresh wave of LEGO sets hitting LEGO.com. Your wallet might be quivering, but there's a lot to unpack here, from beloved licensed themes to classic LEGO staples.

Brickset.com has highlighted several major releases, including the much-anticipated X-Files set (21369), priced at £179.99 / US$199.99. This is accompanied by the E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial set (21370) at £119.99 / US$139.99, and the Hubble Space Telescope (11382) also at £119.99 / US$139.99. For fans of retro gaming, the Donkey Kong Arcade set (72051) is available for £149.99 / US$199.99. Art lovers can snag Gustav Klimt – The Kiss (31221) for £269.99 / US$299.99, while the Tower Bridge (21067) architectural set comes in at a substantial £269.99 / US$349.99. The Botanicals line also sees a new addition with the Hanging Golden Pothos (11512) for £54.99 / US$59.99.

Adding to the excitement, purchases of the X-Files set (21369) will bag you a free gift with purchase: 40896 The X-Files: Scully's Lab, available until August 10th. For Pokémon fans, spending over £115 / US$130 on Pokémon SMART Play sets will earn you 40887 Ditto as Squirtle: Movie Night.

It’s worth noting that availability and specific promotions can vary. Some customers in North America are finally getting access to summer Ninjago, City, and Friends sets that launched elsewhere earlier. Canadian fans are reporting that some Pokémon Smart Play sets aren't immediately visible, with a "Notify when available" button appearing for some items.

No official Indian pricing or availability has been confirmed for these new sets yet. Based on the international prices, expect the higher-end models like the X-Files or Tower Bridge to land in the ₹20,000–₹30,000 range, potentially more. That's enough to cover your monthly petrol bill for almost a year. Keep an eye on Toycra and MyBrickHouse for updates over the next 4–6 weeks. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500.
