LEGO Golden Age Superman & Batman and Gremlins Brickheadz Arriving September 2026

Your wallet is probably safe for now. LEGO has unveiled two new Brickheadz sets, and while they sound like fun, they’re not hitting Indian shelves anytime soon. We’re looking at a September 2026 release for both: a DC Comics double pack featuring Golden Age Superman and Batman, and a Gremlins duo with Gizmo and Stripe.

Jay’s Brick Blog got the first look, confirming these will be available globally. The Golden Age Brickheadz are a nod to the early days of DC Comics, so expect simpler, classic costumes for the iconic duo. For those who prefer their collectibles a bit more chaotic, the Gremlins set brings the beloved Mogwai Gizmo and his mischievous counterpart Stripe into the Brickheadz family. These are typically sold as single figures or twin packs, and this announcement confirms dual releases for both themes.

No specific set numbers have surfaced yet, but given the September 2026 release window, we can expect official announcements and details to trickle out from LEGO in the coming months. The Brickheadz line continues to be a steady stream of pop culture and comic book characters, offering a more stylized, shelf-friendly take on beloved figures. Whether you’re a classic comic collector or a Gremlins aficionado, these sets aim to capture the essence of their respective franchises in the signature Brickheadz style.

For Indian fans, the wait will be considerably longer, and the price will likely be a significant hurdle. These Brickheadz are not currently listed on any official Indian retailer sites.

MyBrickHouse and Toycra are the stores to watch for potential grey market imports or when official availability is announced, but expect a 4–6 week lag from global launch if they do arrive. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500.

Given the lack of official Indian retail presence and the likely import costs, these are firmly in the 'import only' category for now. It’s always possible LEGO India might surprise us closer to the release date, but don't hold your breath. Until then, keep an eye on international retailers or grey market importers if you absolutely must have these particular Brickheadz.

Verdict: IMPORT ONLY. Not in Indian stores — grey market or wait.

On that bombshell, bubyee.
