LEGO 40912 Sea Serpent: Pick a Brick Gets New Elements in November 2026

November 2026 is shaping up to be an interesting month for LEGO fans, especially if you’re a fan of building your own creations. LEGO is adding a significant number of new elements to its Pick a Brick service, and some of these are coming from recent popular sets. If you’ve been eyeing specific pieces from July’s releases, now might be your chance to snag them.

The new elements include some highly anticipated parts from the Classic Space and Castle themes. Imagine getting your hands on that bright light blue astronaut or the adorable baby minifigure part. These are the kind of pieces that can really elevate a custom build or add a unique touch to existing sets. The source mentions these will be available starting November 3rd, 2026.

Among the new additions are elements from the gift with purchase set 40912 Sea Serpent. This set, with its 241 pieces, is a bit of a novelty, and now its components will be available to purchase individually through Pick a Brick. This is fantastic news for builders who might not have acquired the full GWP set or who need specific parts for their MOCs. The Sea Serpent set itself is slated for a 2026 release, and its inclusion in Pick a Brick so soon after is a smart move by LEGO.

However, there’s a slight catch for our North American friends. Some of these new elements, including those from the Sea Serpent set, won't be available in the USA and Canada stores until December at the earliest. To ensure fair distribution and manage stock levels, LEGO is implementing temporary limits on how many of these new elements can be purchased. This means you might need to be quick if you’re aiming for the most popular pieces.

In India, the LEGO.in store lists the 40912 Sea Serpent at ₹2,499. That’s about 11kg of decent mangoes for the season, or roughly three months of Spotify Premium. While specific availability for individual Pick a Brick elements from this set is yet to be confirmed for India, expect them to land on LEGO.in around the same time as the global release, or potentially with a slight delay.

This expansion of the Pick a Brick library is a welcome development. It caters to the growing community of customizers and MOC builders who rely on a steady supply of diverse and interesting parts. The inclusion of elements from recent sets, especially themed ones like Classic Space and Castle, suggests LEGO is listening to fan demand. Keep an eye on the Pick a Brick section of LEGO.in come November 3rd.

Verdict: WAIT — check prices at LEGO.in and Toycra before pulling the trigger.

On that bombshell, bubyee.
