Axo-Tron Returns: LEGO Space Meets Friends in New Fan Collab

Your wallet can relax for now. LEGO hasn't announced any new official sets that combine the adorable chaos of Friends with the grim future of space domination, but fan builders are already on it. The Axo-Tron saga, a collaboration that pits the cute and cuddly Axolotls against the galaxy, has returned for its second wave. This isn't just about cute pets anymore; these Axolotls are smiling from cockpits, ready for combat.

The initial wave introduced the concept, but wave two expands the universe with 15 builders each adding their unique spin. We're seeing everything from multi-function transports with killer treads, like Thorben's Neotenic Nimbler, to scout vehicles like FritesAuFour's Scout Mono-wheel, which navigates bamboo forests with surprising balance. Emberbuilder's twin Worm Hunters are designed to unearth subterranean treasures, each with cockpits that can comfortably seat two Axolotls. D.A.V.I.D.'s Sand-Dragger Speeders are a pair of incredibly fast, beautifully shaped craft.

The creativity doesn't stop there. Gnarlicbread_'s Rovolotl brings style to Axolotl travel with angled tires, and Andreas (Feanor_001) even shows the Axo-Tron Harvester decimating Classic Spacemen – a dark turn for the beloved aliens. Nico's Frontier Fighter is sleek and powerful, hinting at further galactic conquest. Craniac17 contributes two more machines, the Interceptor and Cloud Chaser, for the 12th Imperial Axo-Tron Battalion.

Kurt's Colony Seeder is the largest build, truly embodying the Axolotls' expansionist ambitions with a moving function. Matthias Freund's Spinner Class Spaceship adds fleet defense, while Rick's Baracuda and Guppy work in tandem for symbiotic warfare. Benny's Sphere Skimmer has an aquatic design perfect for space scouting, and Merkosh's insectoid Firefly features a matching color palette for its pilots. The Class Heavy Load by raptorlongarms is a transport vessel, and Jarrett's own Ski Speeder is an all-terrain recon vehicle.

No official LEGO set numbers or prices are available for these fan creations, naturally. However, the sheer imagination on display is a clear indicator of the potential for exciting new themes if LEGO ever decided to explore this wonderfully bizarre crossover.

With no official Indian pricing available for this fan collaboration, it's impossible to give a concrete figure. However, if LEGO were to ever release such a set, expect it to be priced similarly to a mid-range smartphone, perhaps around ₹15,000–₹20,000. MyBrickHouse and Toycra will be the first places to check for any future official releases, though a 4–6 week lag from global availability is standard. Code ABHINAV12 takes 12% off full-price sets at Toycra, minimum order ₹500.

On that bombshell, bubyee.
